Textile Printing Thickener---Printex® RP

---Printex® RP is a medium viscous, filtered technical Sodium Alginate based Textile Printing
  Thickener designed applying for printing with Reactive Dyes on cotton, and also for printing
  with Disperse / Reactive dyes on Polyester / Blends.
---Printex® RP is suitable for Flat Bed Printing and Rotary Screen Printing.

Application
---Printex® RP can be combined in any retio with other Thickeners such as Texprint C6, CMC,
  some kinds of Gum and Synthetic Polymers etc.It has good compatibility with other Thickeners.

   Stock Thickening      100Kgs
---Printex® RP is added to water while stirring with high speed stirrer,which takes about 1?2 minutes
  until the viscosity increases.
---The stock should be stand for another few hours to permit complete swelling,but not overnight.
---The finally, short stirring the stock thickening is ready for use.
Remark: Printex® RP dissolves easy in cold water, if dissolved in water with hardness of 12.5E, additional
       of 1-2g Polyphosphate per Kg stock solution is recommended,but not EDTA. The srock solution
       should be preserved with suitable Preserving Agent if stored before use,(Formaldehyde 1-2g/Kg)
Packing
---25Kgs plstic reinforced paper or woven bag,PE-lined of net each.

Storage
---Should be stored in a dry and cool place to maintain best product performance.
