Textile Printing Thickener---Printex® L10

---Printex® L10 is low viscous, filtered technical Sodium Alginate based Textile Printing Thickener designed
  applying for printing with Reactive Dyes on cotton, and also for printing with Disperse / Reactive
  dyes on Polyester / Blends.
---Printex® L10 is suitable for Rotary and Roller Printing.

Application
---Printex® L10 can be combined in any retio with other Thickeners such as Texprint C6, CMC,
  some kinds of Gum and Synthetic Polymers etc.It has good compatibility with other Thickeners.

   Printex® L10            8Kg
   Water                  92Kg
   Stock Thickening       100Kgs

---Printex® L10 is added to water while stirring with high speed stirrer,which takes about 1?2 minutes
  until the viscosity increases.

---The stock should be stand for another few hours to permit complete swelling,but not overnight.
---The finally, short stirring the stock thickening is ready for use.

Remark: Printex® L10 dissolves easy in cold water, if dissolved in water with hardness of 12.5E, additional
        of 1-2g Polyphosphate per Kg stock solution is recommended,but not EDTA. The srock solution
        should be preserved with suitable Preserving Agent if stored before use,(Formaldehyde 1-2g/Kg)

Packing
---25Kgs plstic reinforced paper or woven bag,PE-lined of net each.

Storage
---Should be stored in a dry and cool place to maintain best product performance.
